Profile
Pharmacy runs on many moving parts: patients, pharmacies, health plans, and regulators. I help them work as one system.
Pharmacist with 15+ years across specialty, retail, health plan, and PBM settings. My work covers prior authorization automation, clinical edit design and testing, and claims adjudication platforms. I write the requirements and use cases that clinical, product, QA, and engineering teams build and test against, and I contribute to national healthcare AI accreditation standards.
I advise on healthcare AI accreditation and speak on responsible AI in pharmacy. I also founded SPACE, a community for pharmacists, clinicians, and healthtech leaders.
